On Saturday, October 25th, between 10:00 CET and 24:00 CET.
Upgrade component phase 1 -Version 2503:

We are performing a required, two-phased upgrade of our Virtual Desktop Services (Citrix) infrastructure to enhance security and performance.

There are two different versions, but due to a more substantial upgrade in the first one, we've decided to proceed one version at a time instead of jumping directly to the latest.

In this phase, we're only upgrading the Citrix infrastructure, that includes the Delivery
Controllers, StoreFront, license servers, databases, and supporting components..

Upgrade component phase 1 - Version: 2503: Core Infrastructure (Delivery Controllers, Licensing, SQL Express Database).

Downtime:

We anticipate Zero planned downtime during both events.
