Maintenance of VMware vCenters and Cloud Directors in NO, NL and SE is scheduled for Saturday 27th of April 2023 from 09.00 CET to 16.00 CET under change https://jira.visma.com/browse/ITS-87846. This is necessary to perform updates and upgrades, to improve the performance, security and reliability.
During the maintenance, management portals of vCenter and Cloud Directors will be unavailable. Users will not be able to access services or functionalities. Running VMs will not be affected.

Saturday, 13th of April 2024, starting 20:00 CET, the Datacenter Network team will upgrade the Palo Alto firewalls from the Norway and Sweden Datacenters. No downtime it's expected.
Migration Details:
We'd like to inform you that Palo Alto has issued a requirement for the upgrade of all our firewalls due to a certificate expiration. These firewalls are integral to our network infrastructure, handling the flow of traffic efficiently.
To ensure uninterrupted service, we will be upgrading one firewall at a time, as they operate in a clustered configuration. While we anticipate no disruptions or downtime to your traffic flow, we prefer to conduct these upgrades during the maintenance window for added precaution.
Assets Involved: Main Firewall and all the Virtual Firewalls Date: 13th of April 2024 Timeline: The migration will start at 20:00 CET and finish in 6 h.
Who is affected?
During the migration window, we will upgrade all the firewalls from the DCs that we have in Norway and Sweden. All our customers who use these firewalls will be affected by the change. However, we have taken all necessary precautions to ensure that you won’t have downtime or disruptions for your services/solutions.
What will you have to do?
Test your solutions after the change and inform the Datacenter Network team as soon as you see any problem (see contacts below).
